About You

We are looking for a New Equipment Digital Marketing Manager managing Americas, EMEA, and APAC to be based in our APAC office in Singapore.

In this high visibility role, you will organize and execute programs that generate new prospects for the New Equipment salesforce. You will also help drive the sales funnel from action, interest, desire, and action.

This permanent role reports to the Director of Digital Marketing based in the US.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Based on the annual digital sales plan, develop a digital marketing roadmap of New Equipment campaigns, including a budget forecast, leads, proposals, and revenue targets per campaign.
  • Understand & educate the organization on which digital channels work best for the target audience in New Equipment.
  • Review incoming campaign brief proposals; evaluate & prioritize campaign in overall roadmap strategy given budget and resources.
  • Own and drive revenue for customer-facing tools/sites such as Otis Create, eCommerce, etc.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of programs on internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Communications & Field/Regional Marketing to communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities, including global, regional, and local programs.
  • Review campaign results in dashboards and suggest opportunities for improvement; develop pipeline acceleration continuously.
  • Coordination of campaign creative with Paid Media and OTIS HQ MarCom’s, including sharing best practices for the target audience in New Equipment.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders across the OTIS Digital Marketing Ops, COE, Marketing Communications & Digital Technology team based in headquarters on content updates, as necessary, and to ensure proper tracking in advance of and during campaigns.

Your Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business/Digital Marketing/Marketing Communications or a related field will be required.
  • Have 5 years of working experience leading, planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns in-house or with an agency.
  • Has project management experience in managing marketing campaigns and tracking results and demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes by meeting quality, time, and budget expectations.
  • Ability to develop and deliver corporate-level presentations and proficiency in MS products (Excel, PPT) and other marketing technology as needed (Monday.com, webinar tools, marketing automation platforms, CRMs, etc.).
  • Understanding/expertise in digital marketing channels that drive demand generation and leads for the sales funnel. Excellent attention to detail and results-driven
  • Highly organized and structured, able to deal with multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
