Job title: Operations Admin / Operations Safety Coordinator | No experience required
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of safety policies and procedures.
- Assist in operational matters.
- Assist in regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, near misses, and corrective actions taken.
- Collaborate with department managers to address safety concerns and implement corrective measures.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of safety reports to regulatory agencies as required.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence related to safety initiatives.
- Assist in the procurement and maintenance of safety equipment and supplies.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in business administration or equivalents.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
