Job Description
- Manufacturing Cake, pastry and bread product
- Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
- Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staffs.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
- Work with Managers to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedule.
- Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
- Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
- General cleaning after working time
Requirements
- Have relavant experience, if have pastry production experience will be an advantage
- Ability to work under stress
- Able to work early morning start from 6am
- Able to work on weekend
- Able to accpet work overtime
- Able to work under wet and hot environment
- Have at least one year relevant working experience
- Multitasking
- Is a problem solver
