Job Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day administrative and logistics support to the team and ensuring sufficient equipment and resources for smooth operations.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders such as Finance and Procurement to process work orders, invoices, quotations, budgeting etc.
- Manage and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System and database management for reports/ dashboards.
- Assist with development and execution of any B2C events for resident engagement.
- To support the operations across other teams where required.
- Any other duties which may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Min. 1-2 years of admin / backend experience
- Strong attention to details
- Able to work effectively with others in a fast-paced & team-oriented environment
