Responsibilities

  • To ensure all function rooms are well set up in accordance to Banquet Event Order.
  • Responsible for smooth operations of the events and achieve high level of guests satisfaction.
  • Supervise and ensure cleanliness of the area including back areas.
  • Co-ordinate & organize with Banquet Operations Manager for all secured banquet functions and all logistic matters.
  • To feedback complaints made by guests with immediate action and by using initiative.
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served.
  • Greet and usher guests in a courteous manner and be attentive at all times.


Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, team player and a passionate individual with a cheerful disposition
  • Supports and upholds the company’s vision, mission and values
  • Willing to work on weekends, and public holidays
  • Possesses good multi-tasking skills
