Responsibilities
- To ensure all function rooms are well set up in accordance to Banquet Event Order.
- Responsible for smooth operations of the events and achieve high level of guests satisfaction.
- Supervise and ensure cleanliness of the area including back areas.
- Co-ordinate & organize with Banquet Operations Manager for all secured banquet functions and all logistic matters.
- To feedback complaints made by guests with immediate action and by using initiative.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served.
- Greet and usher guests in a courteous manner and be attentive at all times.
