- Specializing in: ACMV; Kitchen Exhaust System; Electrical Services; Fire Sprinkler & Alarm System, Water Plumbing Services; Sanitary Plumbing Services and Gas Plumbing Services.
- Location: Hougang | 5 days work week
Responsibilities:
- Design & drafting of ACMV, fire protection system, sanitary & plumbing system, electrical system.
- Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements & authority submission.
- Liaison with Clients & Professional of other disciplines
Requirements:
- At least 4-5 years of M&E Drafting & Design experience in Singapore Building Services - ACMV (Designing, Drafting, M&E BIM Modeller, etc)
- Has knowledge of AutoCAD/ Revit or BIM software
Salary
$4,000 - $5,500
