Accounts Assistant

Asa Professionals Pte. Ltd.

Job Description:

  • Assist to update records and data via excel or accounting software
  • Filing, scanning, archiving of accounting documents
  • Assist Accounts Manager / Assistant Manager / Senior Executive with financial statements work
  • Send documents by post / courier or visiting clients for collection for collection of documents
  • Maintain storage records of documents
  • Provide assistance in accounting assignments
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Diploma in Accounting
  • At least 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience (partial / full sets of accounts)
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment
  • Self-motivated and serious work attitude
  • Detailed and customer-service oriented
  • Strong drive and passion to learn accounting
  • Team player
