Job Description:
- Assist to update records and data via excel or accounting software
- Filing, scanning, archiving of accounting documents
- Assist Accounts Manager / Assistant Manager / Senior Executive with financial statements work
- Send documents by post / courier or visiting clients for collection for collection of documents
- Maintain storage records of documents
- Provide assistance in accounting assignments
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Diploma in Accounting
- At least 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience (partial / full sets of accounts)
- Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment
- Self-motivated and serious work attitude
- Detailed and customer-service oriented
- Strong drive and passion to learn accounting
- Team player
