Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the industrial investment of InnoLight Singapore, including the search for investment projects, pre-investment research, feasibility studies, and participation in meetings and investment decision-making processes;
2. Promote cooperation with investment institutions, enterprises or financial institutions in investment, and jointly establish investment funds and conduct investment management when necessary;
3. Collaborate and participate in Singapore Innolux’s overseas financing or IPO;
4. Responsible for investor relations, communicate with analysts and investors, introduce the basic situation of the company and industry, let analysts and investors understand and recognize the company’s investment value, and maintain good relations with analysts, investors and company shareholders partnership.
