Position : Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Present menu, take order, suggest and recommend appropriately to the customer.
- Record guest history and guest list
- Responsible for table seating and cleanliness in the restaurant.
- Create and update the wine/sake list in coordination with Head Chef;
- Recommend food and wine/sake pairings;
- Manage wine cellar and ensure its fully-stocked;
- Possess wine and sake knowledge would be added advantage
- Perform all related duties as assigned by the Head Chef.
- Team player and independent.
- Puncture, highly responsible and good working attitude.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in either a restaurant or a hotel environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Willingness to work weekends, and public holidays
- Singaporean only (no work permit quota)
