IT Service Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and delivering top-notch customer service.
Installing Hardware and Software Systems: This involves setting up and configuring computer hardware and software, ensuring they function correctly.
Provide Hardware and Software Support: You would be responsible for helping end-users with any issues related to hardware or software, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions.
Provide Training to End Users: Part of your role may involve training end-users on how to use hardware and software effectively.
On-site/In-house Troubleshooting.
Configuring Computer Networks.
Ad-hoc Duties as Assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Basic IT Knowledge, willingly to learn on the job
Travel Requirements: The job requires traveling island-wide, so you must be willing to commute to different locations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Customer-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Having Class 3 Driving License is a plus
Experience in Repair/Installation of POS/Kiosk Systems: While not mandatory, having experience in this area is considered an asset.
