Senior / Student Services Officer

Reporting to the Student Services Manager, Student Services, this role will be part of a customer-fronting team within a private education institution.


Accountabilities:

  • Student Services: Execute the day-to-day work processes for the smooth delivery of services to SIM GE learners.
  • Provide inputs or suggestions to improve on systems and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Student Services department.
  • Executes work processes to ensure that SIM GE student interactions are responded to in accordance to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

If deemed competent during assessment of interview and with relevant years of experience, candidates will be considered for Senior Student Services Officer / Executive with the additional roles below:

  • will additionally support the Supervisor in monitoring the day-to-day work processes for the smooth delivery of services to SIM GE learners.
  • will provide guidance to team members to perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
  • will assist the Supervisor to analyse the team's student interactions through the monthly scorecard.
  • assists in audits on Student Services department.

Job Requirements:

  • A recognized Diploma / GCE "A" / "O" Levels.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience within a service environment, preferably in a diverse education setting.
  • Understanding of call centre operations, with knowledge of customer service and enquiry-handling processes is a must.
  • Bilingual with good command of spoken and written English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
