Accounts Assistant

Cortina Logistics Private Limited

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible in handling partial Account Receivable and Account Payable
  • To ensure smooth flow in daily recording for banking collection & payment transactions
  • Assisting in monthly general ledger journal, schedule and closing activities
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements

  • Possess relevant certificate in accounting or equivalent
  • At least 1-year experience in a similar position
  • Able to work under tight datelines
  • Meticulous & possess good attitude to learn
  • Mature, self-motivated, independent and able to multi-tasks
  • Competent in MS Office
  • Good communication skills & able to work independently
  • Well-organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task


Other information:

  • Office at Pandan Road
  • 5 days week, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 6 pm
