- Send shipping Instructions to suppliers
- Check shipping documents
- Archive shipping documents & Process reinvoicing
- Prepare payment advice
- Process carrier's invoicing
- Web tracking shipment
Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of shipping/supply chain experience processing documentations
- Proficient in Ms Excel
