JOB OBJECTIVE:
• Lead, manage and grow the Global Corporate, Offshoring, GMMS & WOIS business portfolio for Writer Relocations and drive revenue targets
• Source the HHG, Offshoring & DSP business opportunities with Global Corporates & RMC’s by developing relationships and achieving agreed sales revenue targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic (Ownership):
• Develop and establish the Global Corporate, Offshoring, GMMS & WOIS Business; positioning Writer Relocations as the service provider of choice
• Identify and maximize revenue enhancement opportunities.
• Undertake proactive measures to convert potential enquiry into business
• Financial (Ownership)
• Responsible for delivering business revenues and conversion targets with the desired gross profit (GP) margins.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate and close deals to achieve the revenue targets as per the plan
• To drive and sign-off on all Global Corporate & new RMC RFPs.
Business Development (Ownership)
• Achieve agreed sales targets and ensure business profitability
• Create the revenue pipeline
• Timely follow up on potential clients through sales visits/ calls
• Represent Writer in International conventions / forums organized by RMCs for business lead generation
• Intervene and facilitate resolution in case of escalations Operations (Contributory role)
• Responsible for end to end management of all deliverables
• Ensure seamless end to end operations
• Monitor the team to maintain SLAs and TATs as per client guidelines
• Adherence to audit compliance and exceed expectations on CEI scores
Customer (Ownership)
• Liaison with RMCs and Corporate clients to address their queries and ensure timely addressal of customer concerns
• Liaise with Pricing & Move management team to ensure customer retention, business continuity and closure of
contracts
People (Ownership)
• Create an atmosphere that promotes learning, ethical business conduct by upholding Writer Values.
• Provide direction, motivation and training to the wider team to ensure optimum performance, design and manage rewards and recognition for the teams
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
Knowledge of competitors with respect to relocations industry across geographies. Knowledge of Global business practices within the industry
Knowledge of pricing models. Knowledge of RMC’s, Corporate. Knowledge of certifying bodies in the industry like ERC, FIDI, IAM, OMNI
