Responsibilities
- Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment of technical role.
- Develop and implement multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet business needs.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Identify suitable candidates and placement completion, management of all process from identification to closure.
- Maintain a database of building talent pools for current and future engagements
- Prepare the required documentation and follow through for seamless on-boarding process.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1-2 years proven excellence as a tech recruiter or in relevant position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Resourceful with great interpersonal skills
- Open to fresher
