Job Description:
· Handle full sets of accounts for clients and preparation for monthly financial reporting.
· Provide professional client service and ensure reporting timelines are met.
· Prepare/Review month-end payments and online banking transactions.
· Prepare/Review GST report and filing.
· Audit liaison and drafting of financial statements.
· Preparation of XBRL submission
· Compute monthly payroll and year-end remuneration returns (e.g.Form IR8A)
· Client relationship management, including but not limited to, professional advice to clients, projects/tasks management/coordination.
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
· Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts.
· Those with experience in professional firms is an advantageous.
· Candidate must be proficient in English & Japanese (JLPT N2) to liaise with and to provide consultation to Japanese speaking clients stationed in Japan.
· Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment.
· Self-motivated and serious work attitude.
· Detailed and customer-service oriented.
· A good team player.
