Our client, a leading quality food provider and wholesaler, is looking for suitable talents to join their growing business as HR Specialist.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process end-to-end payroll (with 2 payroll cycles a month)
  • Submission of monthly CPF and refunds
  • Submission of Government Paid Leave claims
  • Processing medical/dental claims from employees
  • Ensuring accuracy of bank details and timely submission of bank files
  • Providing payroll GL to the finance team for reconciliation
  • Pro-ration of salary for new hires and resignees
  • Filing for resignees according to internal procedures
  • Timely filing of IR21 clearance (for foreign resignees) and annual IR8A submission to IRAS and generate e-IR8A report to all employees
  • Correspond with HR team to retrieve data and inputs necessary for relevant pay elements
  • Support and implement improvements to system enhancement and payroll processes for better efficiency and compliance to statutory regulations
  • Manage system set-up for payroll-related processes
  • Maintain a secured archival of payroll files to support annual and ad-hoc audit exercises
  • Provide support for internal & external audit on payroll matters
  • Serves as an internal and external resource on payroll-related inquiries
  • Attend to all employee inquiries such as Employee Benefits, Payroll, Leaves, Insurance (medical & WICA) related matters
  • Assisting in WICA renewal
  • Ensure upkeep of payroll documentation for proper storage and retrieval of records
  • Other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree equivalent in Human Resources Management related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in payroll processing for the organization in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Hands-on individual with strong time management skills
  • Good knowledge of the Timesoft payroll system will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act and legislation for employment practices

  • Location: West
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
  • Employment Type: Permanent Position (Note: They are open to 1 year contract - candidates who prefer contractual position can apply)
  • Salary: Up to S$5,000 (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
