Responsibilities:
Information Technology
- Provide first level IT helpdesk support to entity staff and interface technical IT issues to HQ IT engineers to ensure smooth business operations
- Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives
- Maintain user accounts, licenses, data backups, etc. IT administrative functions in various in-use systems and devices
- Manage IT asset inventory
- Ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management
Office Administration
- General office administrative support, upkeep and maintain office supplies
- Work under leadership of Operations head, organize company events, coordinate all department HODs, organize meeting and take minutes
- Monitor, follow up and update projects progress
- Consolidate and compile various department reports
- Source, procure & maintenance of office equipment and supplies
- Other administrative responsibilities, as applicable
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years IT support working experience in end-user desktop, networking, server, hardware device and software topics
- Good understanding and possess troubleshooting know-how on IT infrastructure and software.
- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- Ability to work both independently and in team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Handle sensitive information in confidential manner
- Positive working attitude, strong attention to details and proactivity
