Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor budget and keep track of projects expenditures e.g. budget and cost control.
- Preparation of monthly progress claim.
- Preparation of project cash flow forecast.
- Prepare interim valuation and certificate of sub-contractors claims according to work completed and evaluate variation claims.
- Preparation and submission of Variation Orders.
- Discussion with consultants on Variation Orders.
- Attendance of site/technical meetings.
- EOT claims preparation.
- Evaluation of price comparison summary.
- Quantity take off, cost estimation, preparation of tender submission with specific deadline.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in full cycle of Quantity Surveying.
- Experience in HDBBTO project is preferred.
- Working experiences with Main Contractor would be an advantage.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
