Responsibilities
- Set-up, maintain and update project employees’ files to ensure all data are up to date
- Prepare, coordinate, and conduct on-boarding and off-boarding for project employees
- Attend to project employees’ queries and provide HR assistance (benefits administration,
- timesheet management, claims and other HR matters)
- Maintain and enforce good documentation practise across the team, implement new
- procedures and workflows
- Perform data reconciliation, trend analysis and produce analytic and progress reports in
- support of business operations
- Collate project employees’ performance feedback from client
- Assist the team with ad-hoc operational priorities as and when required e.g., coordination of
- ART kits delivery and receipts, collation of test results)
Requirements:
- Nitec in any disciplines
- Good knowledge of documentation practice and project management
- Strong communication and written skills
- Familiar with Microsoft and Data Analytics Tool. Working knowledge with
- SharePoint a big plus
