JOB CONTENT:
1) Weekly management of the Customer backorder report with a turnaround time of 48 – 72 hours for a complete review.
2) Work and assist the Sales team in managing their Customer pre & post shipment.
3) Support and drive the requirements generated by Customer Bond Constraint Report related to fulfillment of bonded parts in their BIM program.(If applicable)
4) Escalate all their issues or challenges in fulfilling their assigned task to their CSS management in the most appropriate timeline to seek guidance on resolution.
5) Manage customer’s portal update and customized report if required.
6) Update customer production change requirement within Future System to optimize inventory planning.
7) Elevate any potential delivery shortfall to respective sales personnel for awareness and communication.
RECOMMENDED CREDENTIALS:
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum requirements: GCE “O” Level or equivalent.
EXPERIENCES
With minimum 2 years of Future & related industries experience, this individual is expected to complete their assigned task in meeting the department objectives & goals

· Accurate data entry skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications – especially in Excel
