Working Model:
To use new media platforms in an innovative way incorporating online and offline activities in order to increase customer’s awareness and boost customer’s experience that would finally promote product sales.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in handling of business administration and matters relating to customers (e.g. contracts, databases … etc)
2. Introduce products to existing customers and provide training for them
3. Participate in and organize events to promote new products
4. Expand and manage customer’s contacts and maintain long-term relationship
Qualifications:
1. Bilingual in both written and spoken English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers and colleagues)
2. Eloquent with good communication skills. Good-natured, optimistic and patient
3. A good team player with self-sacrificing spirit
4. Familiar with the use of electronic devises, new media and social media platforms
5. Detail-oriented, meticulous and thorough
6. Creative and innovative at work and accept challenges
7. Friendly, honest, conscientious and able to work under pressure
Salary:
Basic Pay - $2100-$2800 (negotiable)
