Business Office Associate (Healthcare)
Salary: $2000 - $2500
Working Hours: 5.5days | 9am-6pm Weekdays / 9am-1pm Sat
Working Location：Fixed - Novena / Orchard
Job Description:
- Answering of inbound calls/emails and assist with enquires
- Making of outbound calls to patients and clinics
- To coordinate with clinics to ensure experience for patients are enhanced
- To make bookings and help with registrations of patients
- Assist with the issuance of tax invoices for patients or clinics
- Filing and faxing to coordinate various activities within the department
- Assisting with other ad-hoc admin duties
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, like Word, Excel and Outlook
