Job Type: Contract for 3 to 6 Months
Location: Near Tai Seng MRT
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary depends on experience.
Reports directly to the Financial Manager (FM). The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently manage and close accounts, with a focus on utilizing the ERP system, specifically JDE Oracle.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Financial Manager to execute accounting tasks in accordance with established procedures.
- Conduct simple accounting duties such as posting entries in the JDE Oracle ERP system.
- Close accounts within the specified timeframe and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial data and ensure smooth communication channels.
- Assist in financial reporting processes and provide support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with JDE Oracle ERP system is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
