Responsibilities
- Interview clients to find out their academic and professional background, aspirations and preferences
- Recommend universities / career paths based on each individual's unique profile
- Coach candidates on developing their written personal statements for university admissions
- Coach candidates on proper interview/communication skills and build career self-esteem
- Coach students on university admissions tests such as the SAT
- Facilitate group workshops for career and soft skills development (e.g. emotional intelligence, leadership and teamwork)
- Design and develop contents for coaching
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a top university (any discipline)
- Solid presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong writing skills
- Capable of independent research and content development
- Mature, meticulous and organized
- Able to work 12pm-9pm on weekdays and 9am-6pm on weekends (2 off days will be weekdays)
