Temp Admin Assistant at Clementi, $10/hr

Success Human Resource Centre Pte. Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To administer Payment Installments via System and communicate with students
  • To assist with STP, Contract, and Payment communication, follow-up
  • To assist with Info session registration, student data collation and communication dissemination
  • To assist with adminstartion, supporting the department work, until the vacant staff positions have been filled
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Period:

  • immediate till 30 April 2024

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary:

  • $10/hr

Location:

  • Clementi

Requirements:

  • Minimum A level with administration experience, preferably related to accounting (billing, invoicing, payment collection etc)
  • Good spoken and written communication skills
  • Digital-Tech and System Savvy, Proficient in MS Office, e.g. Teams, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excel Proficiency at least Intermediate level, e.g. Pivot, V/X look-up, formulas, conditional formatting, organizing & presenting data
