Job Description:
As the lead for customer engagement, you will ensure that projects meet scope, time, budget, and quality expectations by meticulously planning, controlling, and managing each phase. This includes orchestrating efforts among corporate stakeholders, customers, and third-party vendors to design, sell, and implement tailored solutions. Your role encompasses both business and team management, necessitating a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies and operational policies, particularly within the IT industry. Experience with on-premise infrastructure projects (Compute, Storage, Network), cloud solutions, relocation, and data migration is crucial.
Responsibilities:
· Lead project delivery, ensuring adherence to revenue targets and effectively managing large to moderately complex projects within the local or sub-regional context.
· Take ownership of project financials, meticulously managing budgets and providing accurate forecasts to management.
· Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities and supporting qualification processes for larger and more intricate deals.
· Cultivate and nurture client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and representing the organization to external stakeholders.
· Lead and mentor project teams, fostering skill development and providing constructive feedback to team members.
Requirements:
· Possess at least 5 years of experience in project management or similar roles.
· Demonstrate proficiency in key company Services' operational policies and project management methodologies.
· PMP certification would be preferred but not compulsory.
· Familiarity with technology stacks, including Compute, Storage, Network, and Operating Systems (e.g., Linux, Windows, VMWare, Containers).
