Job Scope:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial & admin support to MD.
  • Prepare & manage correspondences, emails & documents.
  • Compiling & preparing reports, presentations.
  • Exercise judgement to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure all matters are followed up promptly.
  • Any other tasks assigned by MD.

Job Requirements:

  • Atl east 1 year experiences in a similiar role (preferably construction sector).
  • Diploma.
  • Be proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Approachable and Energetic Personality.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Trustworthy, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • A valid class 3 driving license is an advantage.
