The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving our ambitions for customer acquisition and revenue enhancement, ensuring our position as a competitive and forward-thinking entity. This role is pivotal in unlocking the full potential of our sales force, devising sales strategies, and executing these plans to meet and surpass our objectives.


Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth and achieve sales goals by effective sales team management.
  • Craft and implement a strategic business plan to broaden our customer base and solidify our market presence.
  • Oversee sales operations by developing a comprehensive business plan focusing on revenue growth and cost management.
  • Take charge of hiring, goal setting, coaching, and performance evaluation of sales representatives.
  • Enhance your team's performance through motivation, counseling, and imparting product and service knowledge.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust, enduring customer relationships by partnering with them and addressing their needs.
  • Provide realistic sales forecasts and budgets to the management team.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive dynamics.

Your Profile:

  • A minimum of a Diploma/Degree.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the transportation, logistics, or supply chain management sectors, with a strong record in "business-to-business" contexts.
  • Skilled in crafting and executing sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated negotiation prowess with a track record of securing business deals.
  • Ability to develop detailed sales plans and analyze the profitability of potential deals, supported by strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Expertise in customer relationship management, capable of forging significant business relationships at all organizational levels, including with senior executives.
  • Effective leadership, management, and motivational skills for a sales team.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Committed to delivering superior customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
