Role Description:

As a HiPPOprop Content Manager, you will create, drive and manage the whole spectrum of online and off-line content for the Company.

Besides proven credentials in conceptualising and developing the framework and content strategy/calendar for the year, you must be a wordsmith who has the maturity and experience of executing high quality content generation to various media platforms, including social media, blogs and website etc., to establish the company as a thought leader. You should also have an eye for viral videos, working with the multimedia team to generate property current affairs videos or live cast with the sole purpose of generating leads (from buyer/seller/landlord/tenant).


Job Scope

  • Conceptualising, developing and authoring of big ideas, short and long form articles to be produced into reports, infographics and video content, as well as integrated writing for the larger team verticals such as corporate marketing, digital marketing and brand campaigns.
  • Providing support in the development of, reviewing and approving content for internal and external marketing communications, including press releases, digital media, online/offline events, write-ups for competitive awards, internal newsletter, HR communications and company events and programmes etc.
  • Strategise, develop and craft persuasive, compelling and creative content that adheres to SEO copywriting skillset and engages different target audiences across the digital and social media.
  • Engage various BUs to plan a pipeline of content and transforming evolving data insights into a clear actionable strategy (e.g., trending/thematic articles, content topic research, marketing collaterals and videos).
  • The role is vital in terms of providing support and recommendations to ensure our target audiences are engaged via a calendar of editorial and strategic initiatives that support content discovery, time spent viewing and other metrics critical to support broader business KPIs of the Group.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional working experience in digital content, public relations, corporate and marketing comms, ideally in digital/technology/social media industries.
  • 2+ years of recent experience in a writing/journalism position (in a tech/online publishing company is a plus) with a great portfolio of transformational work.
  • Awesome command of English (bilingual is a plus), solid interpersonal and persuasion of oral and written skills.
  • Good track record of impact in multiple marketing comms disciplines, ranging from brand strategy, corporate marketing, CRM and internal comms.
  • Creative problem-solver; solid project management capabilities and process-oriented and meticulous on details.
  • And of course, we hope you have a love for the real estate industry and a fun person to work with.


Education

Degree in Mass Communications, Social Sciences, English or any related studies
