Your job scope is responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries, serve customer by providing product and service information as well as resolving product and service-related problems, such as:
· Attend to customer enquiries, liaise with customers on quotations/proposals, order acceptance, order fulfillment and receivables follow-up.
· Respond to quotation requests & ensure that terms and conditions comply with company policies.
· Coordinates with Logistics personnel for delivery arrangement and maintain customer communications.
· Pro-actively monitor exceptional orders & ensure appropriate contingent actions are taken to meet delivery schedule.
· Manage inventory to ensure timely storage and stock movement.
· Order management – Order closing and invoicing.
· Other ad-hoc clerical and administration duties as and when required.
