Job Description
- Offer administrative support such as processing claims, conducting searches, managing billing, ensuring deadlines are met, and addressing general queries
- Provide administrative and secretarial assistance to lawyers
- Manage conveyancing-related tasks, including the sale and purchase of private properties
- Review and proofread documents pertaining to conveyancing matters
- Compose letters and emails, respond to inquiries and messages, and facilitate communication with clients and third parties
The Successful Applicant
- At least 3 years of working experience in conveyancing departments of law firm with strong experience dealing with conveyancing secretarial matters
- Familiar with conveyancing law and real estate matters
