Hype Media Pte. Ltd., a dynamic and growing large format printing company, is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Van Driver with a Class 3 license to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only be responsible for safe and timely transportation of goods but will also actively support the installation team by assisting in the setup of stickers, banners, posters, and signages at various installation sites.
Responsibilities:
- Safe Transportation:Operate company-owned vans in a safe and responsible manner.
Ensure the secure and careful handling of both workers and print materials during transit.
- Installation Support:Assist the installation team in setting up stickers, banners, posters, and signages at various installation sites.
Provide support as needed, ensuring the timely completion of installation projects.
- Delivery Schedule:Execute daily delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
Communicate effectively with the dispatch team for any updates or changes.
- Vehicle Maintenance:Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on the assigned van.
Report any mechanical issues promptly to the maintenance team.
- Documentation:Maintain accurate records of deliveries, completed orders, and installation work.
Ensure all necessary paperwork, such as delivery receipts, is completed accurately.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a van driver or in a similar role.
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of a clean driving record.
- Ability to assist in the installation of stickers, banners, posters, and signages.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy items.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
After-Hours Policy:The company vehicle is to be left at the company premise after work hours.
