Job Description:
As a Driver at United U-Li Marketing Pte. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in the timely and efficient delivery of construction materials to our clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
Safely and responsibly operate company vehicles to transport construction materials to designated locations.
Ensure the secure loading and unloading of materials, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any issues promptly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery logs and documentation.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any client inquiries or concerns professionally.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate efficient delivery schedules.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of yourself, other road users, and company property.
Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of company vehicles.
Qualifications and Skills:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in a similar driving role, especially in the transportation of construction materials, is advantageous.
Knowledge of safety regulations and traffic laws.
Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with routes in the local area.
