- Position : Accounts Assistant (AR/AP) | 2 Days WFh | Up to $3500 - 3 Months Contract

Main Responsibilities:
- AR & AP Duties, verifying company credit card statements, tracking payments, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables.
- Manage the timely closing process and reconciliations, including for intercompany transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of the financial statements & ACRA Filing with Company Secretary.
- Conducting periodic reconciliations of bank accounts, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Quarterly GST submission & Daily cashbook update.
- Verify sales commissions and incentives.
- Work with Malaysia's accounts assistant to ensure the team's effectiveness and productivity.
- Other Ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Minimum of Nitec/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with 1 year of experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using accounting software (Xero, HubSpot) is an advantage.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with chinese speaking associates.
