Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1. Overseeing day-to-day operational activities involves managing the intricate logistics of vehicle inventory, transportation, and quality control to ensure that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations. Gain comprehensive understanding of the motor vehicles being sold, including specifications, features, pricing, and available inventory.
2.Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Track and evaluate the sales team's performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction ratings
3.Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, dealerships, and other stakeholders in the motor vehicle industry. understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions and maintain. Establishing trust and rapport with customers can lead to repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships.
4.Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand the demand for different types of motor vehicles, prevailing trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the wholesale motor vehicles sector.
