Commitment: 6 months internship
We are looking for Food Science and Technology intern to join our team. As a Food QC/ R&D intern, you would be involved in various projects and documentation filling to support the teams. You will work with the Food Technology team to develop solutions at the product level while maintaining and enhancing the food quality.
Job Scope
- Assist in projects such as setting up Sticker Library, CRF documents digitalisation.
- Assist in work instructions drafting.
- Assist to compile audit report, customer complaint and non-conformance records.
- Weekly checks on laboratory consumables.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Personal Attributes:
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Hands-on, independent team player
- Positive working attitude
- Fluent proficiency in mandarin is preferred as required to liaise with mandarin speaking colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools (Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
