- Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance, Accountancy, Business, or a quantitative discipline is a plus.
- Possess at least 4 to7 years of relevant professional experience in investment banking, private equity, structured financing, primary and private placement, and M&A in Asia Pacific and or management consulting.
- Possess a strong and all-round skill set with ability to build financial models, conduct due diligence and valuations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact, liaise and build strong relationships with all levels of management across the business.
- Responsible for assessing all investment and joint venture opportunities for the group.
- Oversee and be hands on when needed with the in-depth valuation of projects, building financial models, conducting due diligence.
- Oversee development, oversight, and management of the organization’s investment plan.
- Gather financial data for analysis and forecasting with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance.
- Deal execution experience in bond issuance by both Southeast Asia issuers and Mainland issuers is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated track record of closing successful transactions including private equity funds and / or direct equity investments in developing markets.
- Possess strong financial modelling skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Be a highly motivated self-starter and a collaborative team member.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.
