Job Description:
As a client relationship and admin associate team member at Precursor you will play a vital role in driving our growth and strengthening client relationships. You will be responsible for key activities aimed at expanding our client base, enhancing client experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our business development efforts.
Responsibilities & Scopes:
- Identify and create leads within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Conduct due diligence check on potential clients to ensure alignment with company policies and industry regulations.
- Professionally answer new enquiries from potential and existing clients via email, incoming calls and live chat system.
- Provide timely and accurate information to address client queries and concerns.
- Reaching out to warm leads through emails or phone calls to introduce the company’s products.
- Following up on client timelines and compliance reminders
- Organise and maintain records of email templates within the shared drive.
- Prepare comprehensive fee proposals that align with client requirements after productive discussions in both English and Chinese.
- Ensure timely follow-up and document the progress of leads using the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communication or a related field. Candidates who have recently graduated are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English communication and writing
- Able to converse and write in Chinese to assist Chinese speaking clients
- Client-focus; adept at building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Proactive attitude with a passion for contributing to business growth.
- Ability to effectively collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
- Able to start work as soon as possible
