What you'll be doing
- Work closely with the account servicing team and creative lead to ideate the overall concept & strategy for a project
- Oversee the day-to-day work and provide art direction guidance within the Creative Team
- Be creative, adaptive, detail-oriented, to create design across different media and platforms
- Maintain, interpret, and uphold corporate brand standards and aesthetics and be responsible for all the graphic visuals, designs, and concepts
- Ensure quality of creative output from client presentations through production
- Sharing of research on latest events technology, design and trends
Who we are looking for
- At least 6 years experience as Event Designer and 2 years experience as Design Lead
- Proficient with design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign. AutoCAD etc.)
- Diploma/Degree in Visual Communications, Event/Exhibition Design or related disciplines
- Effective communicator
- Articulate the big ideas behind your creative work in a coherent
- Confidence in presenting your team's ideas in internal and client meetings
- Synthesising creative feedback and constructively challenging colleagues and clients
- Possesses a strong drive to create
- Adaptive leadership style
