In this role, you must be nimble and will support the team in product launch delivery in cross-functional areas and ensures successful implementation across multiple platforms.
As part of this dynamic role, you will also be actively involved in the product launch project and accountable for the product launch deliverables.
From time to time, you may need to support adhoc projects that will bring value to the team and organisation.
You will report to Product Delivery Team Leads and collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve our strategic KPIs.
- Support the prompt delivery and implementation of new products.
- Participate in discussions with the business in understanding the processes.
- Document the rules and enhancements that are needed.
- Collaborate with the business in providing comprehensive business requirements that meet the business needs, taking into consideration future needs and changing business needs.
- Discuss with the Team Lead on the enhancements that are needed.
- Translate business requirements into test scenarios, conditions and expected results for user acceptance testing.
- Accountable for the execution of user acceptance testing and results are updated with proper documentation.
- Track outstanding defects and work with the Application Management team to resolve the tickets within the agreed timeline.
- Develop comprehensive SOP or training guides for the enhancements.
- Explain and train the users in the system enhancements.
- Perform post deployment verification of the system when the products are launched.

- Diploma / Degree or equivalent or equivalent professional qualifications
