Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support
  • Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone
  • Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements

  • Singaporeans only
  • Minimum N Levels or equivalent
  • Advantageous to have at least 1 year of customer service and or call centre experience
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications (Microsoft Applications)
  • Able to multitask
  • Able to speak and understand more than one language
  • Able to commit to shift-hours (as stated below) desk-bound

Other Information:

  • Training will be provided
  • Working hours during training period is from 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays and alternate Saturdays/Sundays
  • Shift-hours are from 8am to 6pm, spanning from Monday to Sunday on rotation basis of 4-days-work-2-days-off shift and 2-days-work-1-day-off shift)
  • Starting basic salary of $1,700
  • 12 weeks probation period
  • Incentives are applicable upon confirmation
