Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsibilities: Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific project.
- Workout and maintain VO schedule and to final account with client / consultant.
- Raise RFI for any discrepancies.
- Attend all site, Architects & Consultants meeting.
- Responsible for site supervision and implementations.
- Monitor project costing, budget and schedule.
- Manage and planning manpower allocation.
- Manage and lead a project team to ensure site progress accordingly to project schedule.
- To solve all technical issue.
- Any other task assigned by the management
Qualifications & experience
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years experience in ACMV system.
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. IT skills in Microsoft office, Autocad, BIM.
- Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills
