Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Warmly greet and welcome arriving and departing guests. Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Handle guest inquiries, provide information, and offer assistance promptly and professionally.
- Concierge Services: Act as a knowledgeable resource for guests, offering recommendations and assistance with reservations, transportation, and local attractions. Arrange special requests, such as dining reservations, or room service.
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. Address and resolve guest issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner. Ensure that guest feedback is handled with care, aiming for positive resolutions.
- Upselling and Promotions: Promote hotel services, amenities, and special promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
Requirements
- NITEC or equivalent; a diploma in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive and guest-centric attitude with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
- 5-days work week must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Rotating shift hours, including overnight.
