Assistant Contracts Manager (QS)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop suitable subcontract conditions for specific project requirements
  • Prepare project budgeting and costing reports
  • Responsible in cost estimating, quantity take off, claims preparation, variations and final accounts.
  • Review of contracts, prepare tender & contract documentations, tender analyses & reporting, measurement etc
  • Review sub-contractors claims and materials on site
  • Standardize all agreements (e.g. subcontracts and joint ventures) with alignment to contract policy.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction/ FM industry.
  • Strong in arbitration and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding & knowledge of contracts law and its application.
  • Preferably well versed in various form of contracts such as PSSCOC, SIA and FIDIC as well as other international form of contracts.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Only Singaporean.
