Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving in engineering application.
- Conduct standard & customized product presentation
- Address customer CBIs and show how the solution can benefit the customer.
- Conduct product benchmark to proof our solutions capabilities.
- Build strong relations with end users, technical/operation managers.
- Conduct after-sales CAD/CAM training to customers.
- Provide technical contents & ideas for marketing materials.
- Provide timely email, phone, remote access, on-site technical support.
- Keep abreast of software & hardware technology.
- Document and develop technical support knowledge base and materials.
- Other duties assignment assigned by the Company.
- Lead, manage and motivate team to achieve company objectives.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred)
2. Have min 1 year of SOLIDWORKS experience
3. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply .
4. Be willing to take ownership and responsibility for assigned duties.
5. Be customer oriented.
6. Comfortable in holding and meeting business goals, KPIs, etc.
7. Be positive and have high energy level.
8. Be an excellent communicator – in active listening, speaking, and writing.
9. Be able to respond well to pressure.
10. Be confident & professional in presenting to live audiences.
11. Willingness to travel on-site
12. Be able to speak fluently in English & Mandarin
