Job Description:
- Manage customer queries and reply promptly and professionally
- Prepare daily invoicing and billing to customer
- Communicate with customer regarding delivery schedules and remedial actions.
- Communicate customer needs to relevant logistics and production department
- Handle customer service and provide first level of support on orders, refunds or exchanges
- Provide quality customer service to customers over te phone or email
- Clarify and understand customer needs
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly
- Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call back to customers
- Manage feedback, suggestions, complaint and follow-up with remedial action
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task, organize and pioritize work
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Preferrably in Diploma or Bachelor Degree in related fields
- Proficient in English & Bilingual (Spoken and written)
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in customer service environment preferred
- Working hours: 0730 - 1700
- Prefers residing in the West area
