Job Description:
- Prospecting new customers and attend to inbound enquiries from new customers.
- Maintain an up-to-date Account Plan for each account.
- Discover and scope value-creation (or sales) opportunities within the account
- Expand scope of services to new departments or organizations in your assigned accounts.
- Ensure CRM is up to date with Account information
- Provide timely progress report to your direct superior through account plan reviews
- Meet pipeline targets (size, speed and efficiency)
- Be proficient in TAS or ABS sales process (training will be provided)
- Manage & maximize digital engagement with major accounts with assistance from Marketing team.
- Ensure and achieve high customer satisfaction levels from your Major Accounts
A successful Account Manager should:
- Possess Mechanical CAD industry knowledge and sound IT background (preferable)
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Office suite of tools
- Have high proficiency in language – particularly English
