Sales Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with and carry out tasks assigned by the management team.
  • Gain familiarity with our product line to offer effective support.
  • Provide sales assistance to agents, offices, and customers within our designated territory.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, distributors, agents, and customers.
  • Execute quote requests and prepare quotations as needed.
  • Prepare project costing when required.
  • Offer administrative support to the management team.
  • Travel as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • O Level or equivalent.
  • Able to work 5 days.
  • Proven work 1 year experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Positive and proactive working attitude with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
