- Plan and organize production schedules for Marine projects.
- Manage project and resource requirements. Work with procurement team to propose material substitution for projects if required
- Develop production budgets. Budgeting to achieve successful bidding on projects
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are met within ISO Standard
- Lead quality control standards to complying to client’s satisfaction.
- Manpower planning & transfer. Oversee all production processes.
- Cost negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors within production budget enabling cost savings
- Working with clients, internal stakeholders, procurement, sales, engineering team for engineering changes to archive project milestone and budget
Requirement
- At least Diploma / Degree of related disciplines (Marine / Design)
- At least 2-3 years working experience in Accommodation outfits projects
- Knowledge on marine classifications, ABS, DNV, etc a plus
- Possess good business acumen and able to foster good relationship with clients, suppliers
